Please note, for some weird reason, the heds (headlines) on my most recent blog posts are being chopped off! Trying to find a blog-savvy person to fix. Aargh. Forgive the error until I can figure out how to resolve it.

Hi Connie, I am currently reading your book "Sugar Shock" and want to thank you for writing it and this blog. I still haven't completely given up sugar even though its effects on me are terrible, exactly what you describe in the book. I realized the problem I had with sugar after reading William Dufty's "Sugar Blues," but it is so nice to have a someone talking about this right now and not just as a weight loss book. Thanks again. Note from Connie: Elizabeth, thanks for your kind words. I'm glad to hear my book is helping you.
