Those 7 tips are very useful. I cut sugar out of my diet for a couple of weeks and then had two days where I had dessert. I was a mess! I took that good look at how I was acting (mood swings leading to emotional outburts) in comparison to how I was without sugar. Just days before (sans sucre), my husband had commented on how he had never seen me so happy. The contrast with the raging crazy person in the mirror who had downed peanut butter Snicker cookies earlier in the day was just darn scary. Very motivating.
Hey, just discovered you blog, and I've already cut down on my sugar intake. How come you haven't had a new show lately? Thanks, and best of luck. Note from Connie: See my blog for reply.
