Listen to Dr. Stephen Sinatra and I on Oprah & Friends Radio With Dr. Mehmet Oz

Tune in to Oprah & Friends Radio next Wednesday, March 21st at 7 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. EST.

Sinatra_stephenAt those three times, you'll be able to hear Dr. Stephen Sinatra, contributing author for SUGAR SHOCK!, and I appear on XM 156 with the well-known Dr. Mehmet Oz, who interviews us.

Dr. Mike Roizen -- Dr. Oz's co-author of the mega-bestsellers YOU: On A Diet and YOU: The Owner's Manual -- also is on in the interview, asking questions from Cleveland.

We taped the show this morning at the Oprah & Friends Radio offices in New York City, and it was one fascinating experience.

I'll post more later, when I'm feeling better. (Unfortunately, I'm sick now and have been battling some pesky flu bug that's been hounding me me since last night, making me feel incredibly achy, congested, wiped out, sniffly, headachy and dizzy. Ugh! My poor body needs rest. In case you're wondering, NO, I did NOT have any sugar to make me feel this awful! Just been working way too hard and not resting enough.)
