Save the Date: Virtual Book Tour on Jan. 17

Mark your calendars! Wed., Jan. 17, 2007 will be a very exciting day.

At 1 p.m. EST (10 am) Dr. Stephen Sinatra, the medical consultant for my book, and I will be answering your questions during a very exciting Virtual Book Tour.

Wondering what the heck that is?

Essentially, it's a 70-minute teleseminar where we will talk about whatever concerns you raise -- as it pertains to sugars and refined carbs.
