Stump This Savvy Sugar Sleuth! Ask Away!

Hi All,

To serve you better, I'm launching a fun new ezine and blo feature. I'm calling it "Stump this Saavy Sugar Sleuth."

Basically, you ask a sugar or sweetener-related question. Then I get you an answer. I hope I'll know it just because of all the research I've been conducting for my book for years, but if I don't know it, I'll hunt to get it. If I have to, I'll turn to an expert, usually one with some I'm already in contact.

For example, in my free online KickSugar group lately, the following questions have come up:

- Connie, whose dry cereals are the best to eat? (I do have a favorite that I'll share shortly. Tune in to find out!)

- Should I juice or not? Fruits? Vegetables? Is this good for me or what?

- What do health experts think about Splenda?
